Terms and Conditions
Vidone.net provides video hosting and video sharing services ("Service", "Vidone", "We"). This is an agreement ("Terms of service", "TOS") between You ("User") and Vidone, which you accept when you sign up, log in, upload, stream or otherwise use the Service.
All users must agree to comply with local laws regarding online conduct, and copyright laws. Vidone.net is intended for personal use, and any business use is strictly prohibited. All users must not use Vidone.net's services to violate any laws which include but are not limited to copyright laws. Any violations will result in immediate deletion of all files Vidone.net has on record for your IP Address.
All users use Vidone.net at their own risk, users understand that files uploaded on Vidone.net are not private, they may be displayed for others to view, and Vidone.net users understand and agree that Vidone.net cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Vidone.net's service at your own risk.
All users must be of at least the age of 13, and agree to not use the Vidone.net service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Vidone.net service for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these TOS.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged links.
- We reserve the right to suspend user's accounts if we detect using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
- Hotlinking is not allowed.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Service:
- Content with children (any person under the age of 18) in a sexual or pornographic manner. We take child exploitation very seriously and will report you to the authorities;
- Content which violates the privacy rights, copyrights or any other rights of the entity.
- Content which promote terrorism, racism, illegal drugs or any violation of laws.
- Content which contains software viruses, malicious codes/ files/programs.
- Content which promotes any form of spam, junk mail, pyramid schemes.
Vidone.net reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate the above-mentioned terms and conditions.
